If you wish to participate in the convoy, please sign up by filling out the form below.  Due to city and state requirements, we are limited to 100 participants.

Thank you for your interest in the Belgrade Christmas Convoy, organized by the Montana Convoy Foundation! Once your registration has been received, we will contact you within 7-10 days to let you know if you have been approved to participate in the convoy. Because of the need to limit the duration of the event, we may not be able to accept all applicants. Here are a couple other things to note:

~ The convoy is open to companies or businesses with professional drivers who will be    entering with a dump truck, tow truck, semi truck, etc. Registration is not open to individuals at this time nor is it open to pickups, vans, cars, etc.
~ No one can be riding on your vehicle or trailer
~ Nothing can be handed out along the route
~ We ask that you add as many holiday lights to your vehicle as possible but make sure they (and your generator) will stay on your vehicle while driving 15 mph.

Belgrade Truck Convoy

Before filling out this form, please read over the rules of the convoy. We want to make this event the best it can be for all involved! Please agree to the following:

Per the City of Belgrade and the Belgrade Police Department, we can not have more than 100 vehicles in the Convoy. Because of this, we are currently only allowing 1 entry per business. If we have not reached our maximum limit of 100 trucks by November 1, we will allow multiple entries per business on a first come, first serve basis. Are you interested in being contacted if we have space for additional entries?

In addition to the Christmas Convoy on December 7, we will be having the Truck Village on December 6. The community will be invited to come see the trucks, meet the drivers, and have dinner at one of our food truck vendors. Are you interested in participating in the Truck Village?

Volunteers are needed for the Convoy and Truck Village to help with traffic control, set up, etc. Is this something you or your company can help with?
